Tommy Vincent Wier

PRODUCER - DIRECTOR - CINEMATOGRAPHER - EDITOR
I produced & directed award-winning public television films Direct Action - A Tale of Two Governments in 1963 Birmingham; Rosenbaum House- Frank Lloyd Wright in Alabama; Another River to Cross - The  Alabama Indian, and Rural Revival - The Civilian Conservation Corps in Alabama. I am currently in production for my film: Nobody Really Knows Me - A Rock and Roll Journey. I was cinematographer or co-producer for public television films John Patterson - In the Wake of the Assassins; Eugene Walter - Last of the Bohemians; The Two Faces of William March, How They Got Over, and Black Belt Blues. I shot news segments for Associated Press Television, CNN, MSNBC and PBS, and have years of experience in the development and production of documentaries, web videos, and original content.

I am skilled at cinematography and as an editor. I was an adjunct instructor in television production at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the University of Montevallo. I am a graduate of The University of Alabama, and received my Master of Arts degree from Asbury University.
